Entering a single purchase order with new items and packs was taking our buyers over 13 minutes. The process was slow, cumbersome, and error prone. Our buyers required an automated process to import orders from their spreadsheets (integrating their spreadsheets with our back office system). We discussed the requirement with Rick who understood the buyer’s request right away and was able to build the solution we needed. Essentially, RIBA’s Transformer tool parses and validates the data and prepares the required import files. This is all automated and provides the appropriate logs, error messages, and alerts needed.
